Het veranderd niet dat hij hele gote inschattingsfouten heeft gemaakt. Hij kan beter zijn spullen pakken en voorlopig niks meer van zich laten horen, is voor hem en zijn omgeving waarschijnlijk het beste.

Suspended mountain biker Erin Bakker was caught trying once again to compete in an elite mountain-bike race while suspended. Earlier this season, he was caught riding in the Vulkan Bike Marathon in Germany under his brother's name after he won the event (a German journalist recognized Erwin Bakker on the podium picture). This time, organizers of the Grand Raid Cristalp marathon in Switzerland caught an inconsistency in the rider's registration and struck him from the participants list before the event.
Bakker is on suspension for testing positive for performance-enhancing products twice during the 2005 season: once in March in the Vuelta a Valladolid for testosterone then again in Canada in June for EPO. Bakker was then given a lifelong ban from racing by International Court of Arbitration for Sports in Lausanne.

heb ik niet gehoord, dus weten we ook niet of erwin's verhaal plausibel is
het enige wat wij weten is dat hij al 3 keer fraude heeft gepleegd!
voor degene die moeite hebben met de betekenis van fraude zal ik even opheldering geven uit de dikke van dale:
-Bedrog bestaande uit vervalsing van administratie of ontduiken van voorschriften
dit zou overigens menig hardwerkende ondernemer op een gevangenisstraf kunnen komen te staan (om de vergelijking met de échte wereld maar even te maken)
