Existing since 2001, the 2007 version of our RUFUS frame has taken advantage of a complete revision. We focused on optimizing the frame for trails riding and racing. The result is a leightweight and beautifully clean frame. The major changes are:
- new developed butted Sanko tubes (no gussets needed)
- euro bottom bracket only
- new yoke with integrated ISCG mount
- smaller dropouts with CNC cutouts
- tool free chain tensioners
- replacaeble derailleur eye seperately available
- 375 mm min. chainstay with tires up to 2,5"
- thinner, butted seatstays
We kept all the good ingredients of the former model like our famous geometry and technical highlights: diskbrake adjustment without adapter and our unique, coldformed bottom bracket yoke. The yoke allows an ultra short rear end with unmatched clearence for tire and sprocket, allowing a straight chainline and stiff frame. Not designed for use with 24" wheels.
