spray job????

Hi Guys, I"ve got a steel frameset I want to get sprayed a different colour, does anybody know where I can get this done?? (somewhere near Leiden if possible)

hey,
although i live in belgium, I can give you some advice. At this very moment I"m planning too to get my frame powdercoated. In our neighbourhood we have a specialized company that does this sort of things, and eventually it will give the best result. And it is cheap as hell, it differs from 40 euro for 1 color to 110 euro for 3 or 4 colors. But if you can"t find such a company, you can always contact a company that sprays cars, and you must have some of them in your neighboorhood.

Be careful with those carpainters: a frame is round shaped and mostly electrostatic painted. Most carpainters are only able to spray flat objects. I have some experience with this, an old collegue of me was willing to spray my frame and even if he"s perfect with cars my frame looks like it"s done by my 5 years old babybrother.
Powdercoating is the best option, last a lifetime!

thanks guys for the response, I ve found these guys on the web http://www.powdercoatingcentre.com
they are pretty close to leiden so i ll give them a call in the new year and see if they will do the frame. I ll let you all know how i get on and how much it costs.

I know a guy in Lijnden ( near Hooffdorp / Schiphol )
Who does amazing airbrush-jobs, but he doesn"t come cheap...

A nice paintjob on a frame could easily set you back around € 500,-!!
