Hello to all of you,
You are among the 250 chosen few registered at the SSEC 2012 that will take place in Floressas (departement of the Lot, France). Please read this message carefully.
We are about to host you from Friday April 27th from 3.30 PM. The reception desk will be at the castle of Floressas, in the centre of the village.
Your registration includes :
4 meals (Friday evening, Saturday lunch, Saturday evening and Sunday lunch).
Breakfasts are not included. We nevertheless supply coffee and hot water).
Accomodation
Floressas is a highlight of French touristic marvels, and wished to keep its wild and secret nature. Therefore, it has no dedicated camping site.
Thanks to the help of a local farmer, the camping site will take place in a field next to the castle.
You will find hot showers and toilets there.
You will have to bring your own camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, headlamp, Jacuzzi, poledance pole…), as well as towels.
In order to host you the best possible way, please mail us if you are planning to come with a van, a camping car, a tractor trailer or a jumbo jet.
Ride and race
Foreign riders will have to sign a discharge form at their arrival to attend the race and the various rides, in order to meet the French picky legislation.
We remind you that wearing a helmet is mandatory. Any rider without it will be forbidden to ride or race.
3 tours will be offered.
Friday evening : nightride. If you wish to come, you will need to have your own lighting system (except in case of thermonuclear explosion, not forecasted this particular night)
Saturday morning, 10.00 PM : Race time !!!! European SingleSpeed Championship
Sunday morning : 9.00 AM, sightseeing tour around Floressas. Hard for the legs, smooth for the eyes.
of course, fancy dress is welcomed, incorrect dress is required.
